Kinder Island

After finishing a new building construction, we were hired by a kids’ daycare center to build out their new facility. We have 1 elevator as part of the main entrance, multiple classrooms for kids with individual HVAC control, and miniature bathrooms for kids. Every room has a 1-way window, top quality flooring, high-end paint for longevity, and many other custom aspects that make this project unique. The first floor has heated floors, glass windows all around and exterior flood gates incase the building and business need to be protected from a natural disaster.
