Sand Lane – Staten Island

Ground-Up construction consisting of a parking lot and lobby on the 1st floor, community center on the 2nd floor, and residential units on the 3rd and 4th floor. This project has 2 elevators to separate the commercial and the residential space and lifted in case of a future flood. Every residential unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, all with beautiful views, ocean front views, manhattan, and the Verrazzano bridge. Included in every unit are either balconies or extra-large terraces.
